Our Project Management Fundamentals course provides an introduction to the project management process and practical experience with the tools and techniques of project management. Participants will learn how to initiate, plan, monitor, control, and closeout projects more effectively. This training provides practical skills and practices that participants can take back to the job and implement right away. - Project Management Academy
Our Project Management Academy course gives participants a solid foundation and extensive hands-on experience in key project management areas. During the course participants will take a project through a simulation of the entire project life cycle using tools, techniques and templates of project management. This course also includes Application to Daily Work exercises where participants apply the knowledge and tools they learn to their current work project. - Critical Path Methodology (CPM) for Microsoft® Project Users
Our CPM for Microsoft® Project Users course covers the technique of critical path methodology as implemented in Microsoft® Project. It provides practical experience with the steps involved. This training includes hands on practice with the processes of CPM. This is not a computer based course, but a course that teaches the participant how to analyze the results from a schedule.
